To achieve our sustainability goals, we launched MFLaw For The Future, a CSR strategy that is integrated with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. This strategy is shared by internal and external StapA professionals. We appointed a Sustainability Manager who, supported by a dedicated committee, defines actions, monitors progress and ensures that initiatives follow our strategy.
Since our foundation, we have made social, labour and environmental sustainability a cornerstone of our company's value proposition.
We are committed to protecting the planet and its resources, and to combatting financial and gender inequalities. Our aim is to build a fairer, more inclusive and prosperous future.

Our commitment to a better future
We recognise that businesses, including law firms, have an environmental impact. That is why we are committed to promoting a culture of sustainability for socially responsible growth. We do this by reducing our carbon footprint through virtuous practices such as eliminating plastics and reducing printing, energy and water efficiency, adopting proper waste management practices, promoting the circular economy and choosing suppliers who share our sustainability values. We support projects and initiatives dedicated to protecting the environment and promoting sustainability, including a partnership with 3bee, an agritech start-up created to combat bee extinction by contributing to the growth of micro-enterprises in Italy.

We make our human and professional resources available to disadvantaged organisations and individuals through pro bono activities to support the development of initiatives of collective interest that can have a positive community impact.
