We provide legal advice and assistance on administrative matters to private and public entities, (including national associations, construction companies, receivership, industrial development consortia, motorway, airport, port and technical-nautical service providers, local public bodies). We provide guidance to credit institutions on regulatory matters, focusing on sector-specific regulations, financial activity governance, consumer protection laws, and the authorisations and permits issued by regulatory authorities to ensure that the Banks' operations remain fully compliant with applicable legislation. The department provides legal advice and assistance also on urban planning and building law.
