We handle labor law issues related to company restructurings and acquisitions, crisis management, redundancy planning and management, and negotiations with unions and public administration bodies. Our activity extends to the ordinary management of employment relationships, including matters concerning the adoption of contractual models, negotiation types, analysis of flexibility and incentive tools, as well as the drafting and study of specific acts and opinions in the context of employment relationship management, including the drafting of codes of conduct and assistance in disciplinary and union settings.
