Established in 2001 by the brilliant minds of Andrea Fioretti and Massimo Mannocchi, lawyers specialised in banking law, MFLaw immediately distinguished itself for its ability to combine professionalism, efficiency and innovation.

Pilc

One of our most ambitious projects is PILC, the professional association of lawyers dedicated to public administration and internationalisation. We established this association to combine the methodology and skills of two prestigious Italian law firms, Studio Lepore Associazione Professionale and MFLaw StapA, to address the complexity of the challenges posed by the country’s innovation process in a structured and synergistic way, providing the public administration with legal advice on the crucial issues of investment and procedures.

INTERNATIONALISATION

At MFLaw StapA, we are attentive to the needs of the global market and, as part of our internationalisation strategy, we have opened an office in Riyadh together with PILC. This new office provides full support to Italian companies interested in investing in the promising Arab markets. This initiative enables us to provide dedicated and high-quality legal advice, facilitating access to a rapidly growing market full of opportunities.
